Meet Chuck Clark

My name is Chuck Clark, and I’m the proud owner of Clark Lawn Service, a family owned business I started back in 1992. For 23 years I worked as a Physical Education teacher, and the lessons I taught my students about hard work, responsibility, and showing up ready to do your best are the same values I bring to my business every day.

Clark Lawn Service has always been a true family business. Over the years, all three of my kids worked alongside me while putting themselves through college, mowing lawns, helping with landscaping projects, and learning what it means to take pride in your work. Today, my 28 year old daughter still works with the company, and our customers absolutely love her. She brings a great attitude and attention to detail to every job, and we all appreciate the extra touch she adds to the work.

I’m incredibly proud of my kids and grateful for the customers who have supported my business for more than three decades. What started as a small lawn care service has grown into something really special, and I truly enjoy helping homeowners throughout Carroll and Baltimore Counties keep their properties looking their best.

Meet The Team

Mike

Mike Vogan brings incredible energy and dedication to the Clark Lawn Service team. A retired Police Captain, Mike is known for his strong work ethic, leadership, and willingness to jump in wherever he is needed. On any given day you might find Mike mowing, planting, mulching, or helping with landscaping projects, because he truly enjoys getting his hands dirty and seeing a job well done. Customers appreciate Mike’s positive attitude, reliability, and the pride he takes in every property he works on.

Jose

Jose is the Hardscaping Manager at Clark Lawn Service and the go to expert for projects that require precision and craftsmanship. Known for being a true perfectionist, Jose takes great pride in making sure every detail is done right, from layout to the final stone placement. His favorite projects are retaining walls, where his skill and attention to detail really shine. Customers appreciate Jose’s dedication to quality and the care he puts into creating hardscapes that are both beautiful and built to last.
